Our colleagues can be our greatest environmental ambassadors and change agents. But how do you keep them “on track” especially when they work all over the world? How do you make sure that they are working on initiatives that are aligned to your strategic environmental targets? What can happen if they go off at a tangent?
Without boundaries and guidance, too much enthusiasm can be just as damaging as apathy. This webinar explores ways in which staff interest groups dispersed globally can be structured to gain the greatest impact by walking through a recent initiative launched with Thomson Reuters. Having linked local staff groups (Green Teams) with the Facilities Manager responsible for the building or region, Julia Fuller, VP Environment, Health & Safety at Thomson Reuters will describe the positive outcomes that have been generated – not only presenting the Facilities function as “enablers” of change but also creating an innovative mindset within the Green Teams.
