Sara Feijao and Becky Clissmann, Practical Law Company Environment
Following the consultation response published by DECC in October, we are expecting the legal text of the final CRC Order to be published in either December or January. Once this text has been published, it will be analysed in detail by our legal know-how partners, Practical Law Company, both to highlight any changes that have emerged from what was said in the consultation reponse, as well as look into some of the more detailed issues and questions that have arisen.
Join this webinar presentation to stay ahead on the CRC legal compliance requirements.
Also, make sure you access the excellent CRC timeline produced by Practical Law Company here (click on the ‘CRC Materials’ tab): http://www.practicallaw.com/about/environment-2degrees
