Case Study - Developing An Employee Engagement Programme - Challenges, Actions & Achievements

3:00 p.m. (GMT) / 10:00 a.m. (EST) 17th February 2010

Presenters

Sue Graham, Environment Campaigns & Awareness Manager, E.ON UK

Description

This webinar is aimed at private and public sector organisations looking to develop employee engagement programmes.

Sue will be sharing her experiences in developing an employee engagement programme across E.ON UK.  It will look at the challenges faced by the business in developing an environmental culture where everyone takes responsibility for environment by using and harnessing the passion of environment champions.

It follows the journey through the early days of environment champions, actions and activities undertaken and their achievements, what worked well and not so well, through to a review and change in strategy and direction for champions.  Sue will also outline what the new direction means and looks like, how it fits with the environmental vision of the business and how we provide champions with the tools to engage and challenge their own and their colleagues behaviours.
