My role is to work with healthcare trusts to make the most of the purchasing power of the NHS in London. How can you ensure that stakeholders understand and engage in an alternative approach to energy demand reduction, in particular the use of energy performance/service based contracts? I’d be particularly interested in hearing about any experiences and lessons of implementing and running such contracts.
