In order to complete my dissertation on the subject of Green Leasing I would very much like the input of the wider built asset environment. Can you help?
My themes include looking at the theory that adopting green lease methodologies increases and encourages the marketplace to create a two-tier real estate portfolio;reviewing the current method of assigning green lease clauses as different “shades of green” and whether additional clarity is needed; and is the government doing enough in terms of legislation to achieve the future carbon reduction targets?
