Following on the e-mail from the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme Team last week which included information about trading allowances - I'm trying to find more information about the role of the "account representitive". According to the CRD guidance, it can be anyone including an agent althoug there isn't much information available apart from becoming an account representitive.
Could someone please shed some light on this for me please.
