How do you go from 'Environment Champions' to all-out staff engagement
As a supplier of a third of the UK’s milk every day, Robert Wiseman Dairies has a significant environmental impact. But we are making some excellent progress on our sustainability journey. You can read about it here.
There is a huge opportunity around staff engagement. Again, we are making good progress, but I wonder whether there are better ways of engaging staff. We want to get our approach to sustainability and the environment much more integrated and ingrained into how we do business.
