Barriers to making "the switch"
If 20% of the worlds energy is used by lighting and savings from installing lighting controls can average 30-40%, why is it that so many building either have limited lighting control or none at all?
I am trying to gain some insight into why adoption of lighting control is low and details of the perceived barriers to implementing a lighting controls strategy.
With so many savings available, surely the initial capital cost is neglible compared to the savings generated over the lifetime of the project?
