Effective communications in the supply chain
Hi Everyone
I am looking to shine a light on effective sustainability-related communications in the supply chain. I want to pull together some best practice examples of organisations who communicate well with the supply chain on sustainability issues. And I would like to analyse the examples to find ways to spread learning across sectors on how to tackle this subject well. Hopefully this process with culminate in a guide to be published to raise the bar on suppy chain engagement.
So, with your esteemed help, I am looking for pieces of communications that really worked to engage a supplier on sustainability - written, online, offline, visual, digital, workshop, meeting, local business network ... - any communications channel really, but generally a piece of communications that is broader than the one to one relationship between a procurement officer and a supplier.
Can you help?!
Thank you very much for your time.
For transparency, I am a freelance sustainability communications consultant, I work on sustainability communications to a range of stakeholders - but the supply chain is often a stakeholder group that gets parked to one side, and i would like to help change that!
