This session describes how BIER (the Beverage Industry Environmental Roundtable) undertakes an annual quantitative benchmarking study to evaluate water use and efficiency in the beverage industry, and discusses the working group's recently released practical perspective on managing water-related risks and opportunities in the beverage sector.
