Our Community Team has one job: to help you acquire the knowledge and capability you need to make change happen in your organization. They do this by asking you about the issues and challenges you are facing, and delivering a program of collaborative activity and knowledge sharing to put your ideas into action.

The Operations Engagement Service
The Operations Engagement Service aims to make it significantly easier for sustainability managers in large organizations to engage and influence their business line and operational peers effectively. It delivers a rolling program of activities, such as virtual roundtable discussions and forums designed to demonstrate to business managers how a sustainable business approach can help them do their jobs better:
- It is organized into modules by business discipline including marketing, purchasing, and key account management.
- All the activities are led by business managers who have achieved success through sustainable business practices.
- Each module concludes with a summary digest, case studies and overview, and a practical tool kit that business managers can use right away.
